Look for the instruction on the printer’s flap. By doing so, you’ll get to know how to insert the cartridge properly inside the slot. The second reason for the problem would be that the ink in the cartridges may be depleted. So whenever the ink level starts dropping, ensure that you insert a new cartridge into the printer. If you are using an ink tank, you can check the ink level of the cartridge by comparing it with the marked level. | |
